Just place a return/exchange request at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product in case you feel the product you received is not as per the description in the website or is different from your expectation. Our customer service team will confirm the return request and process details, credit note details etc. over email provided by you at the time of ordering. After 24 hours of receiving the product, no request for return or exchange will be entertained. Please note that the return shipping amount is to be paid by the customer and sambalpuribazar.com will bear no responsibility for the same. Again sambalpuribazar.com will not be responsible for any damage/loss during return transit from customer to our warehouse. Our team will inspect the returned product and verify the issues which will take one to two days.
Your ordered product in covered by our credit note guarantee. Return Policy permits only exchanges/replacements request (provided the product is in stock and returned in the original packaging in the same unused and unwashed condition including all price tag, labels and invoice intact as received) within 15 days from the date of booking the order in our website.
No direct refunds will be made. Exchange/replacement request are subject to the availability of the stock with the seller. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a credit note of the same amount to you.

- In case the product is not is stock with the seller or you place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order, refund in the form of a credit note for the same amount with a validity of three months (beyond which it is considered invalid) will be issued to you. It will take two business days from the time you place the cancellation request to initiate the credit note facility which will be communicated to you over email.
